Thanks. It was a little unorganized, but we were excited about our new iPhone 4s and still recovering from the staying up all night to be in line.

Thanks for listening, and taking the time to leave feedback.

excellent podcast, very informative. I listened to Justin talk about Rogers and there upgrade policy. You said that if you purchased the iphone 3 or the iphone 3gs when they where launched , that rogers had a special upgrade policy that you got for $159? Is telus offering something similar to this deal? I purchased my 3gs on the day it was released through telus with another 3 year contract.

PS. Rogers signal out west here is very poor in rural communities and Telus is really the only way to go out here. :)

I don't think they have an “official” policy about it, but you should always call and ask for it. Now that the iPhone is everywhere, they are really competing for customers. Make sure you tell them, that Rogers has done special pricing for iPhone users every year.

Love the podcast, i waited as well forever at Rogers in Fort Erie and was lucky to get the phone.

Got a flat NO from telus, unless you have only 6 months left of your contract. Also , they don't believe that rogers is offering the iphone 4 to customers who had bought the iphone 3gs when it was released. It would be awsome if you guys could look into this, or at least post some links to where you got your information, thanx alot

Thanks. I really appreciate you listening and taking the time to post feedback.

Dealing with Rogers on launch day is a nightmare, but to be fair, they have the best upgrade policies of all the carriers. I have been able to buy three iPhones in three years at new customer pricing.

You should email them the info from Rogers site. Rogers is actually giving customers who only bought their iPhones 2 months ago, $250 off. To give $250 off to customers 2 months into a three year contract is very generous. I was able to buy the phone for $149 and I was only one year into a three year contract.

Rogers has the best upgrade policies of the big three. I've heard Bell doesn't do early upgrades either.
